Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days

(It's just me running the show with my wife helping out when possible, so it does take time to make, package & get shipped).

Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.
Customers will receive tracking information once their order ships.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier (i.e.: severe weather)​

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of personal care products, opened beard oil bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will happily replace it.

Pictures are also appreciated - it makes going back to the shipper for damage claims MUCH easier!

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Lost or stolen orders are typically covered by insurance on our end, so the more info that can be provided, the better!

Payment Security

All payments are processed securely through Shop/Stripe. We do not store or have access to your credit card information.

Allergy Notice

Please review ingredient lists carefully before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

While the carrier blend doesn't have nuts oils, some fragrances may (i.e: Papa's Study - Pistachio), so double check the specific scent profile to verify (common allergens will be in bold, i.e.: nuts, lavender, etc.).
